It was a quick trip to Reutte, Austria, but it was beautiful!

We were able to squeeze in a quick luge ride and visit Neuschwanstein Castle. Both are in Germany but very close to the Austria line. The castle looked like it was straight out of Cinderella. The view of the mountains was spectacular! Sadly, you can’t take pictures in the castle, but it was nice to hear the history and see what’s been preserved over the years.

In Austria, we went to Highline 179, which is a suspension bridge. This was not included in the tour, but we had a couple of free hours and were able to squeeze it in! The bridge connects you to castle ruins and Fort Claudia. The view from this bridge was probably one of my favorites. I HIGHLY recommend sticking around after dinner while here to listen to the surprise musical guests. Such a great time!
