This trip has been a dream of ours for years! So why did we finally choose to go? I (Shannon) finally finished my MBA and wanted to celebrate this achievement with the person who has been with me through every accomplishment and attitude for the past 25 years. Sorry, Mom, for the attitude, but at least you got a European Tour out of it! It was finally the right time to go and we were ready. We bought our planning books and started Googling "Traveling to Europe when you have no idea what to do". We looked at each other and said, "Let's go the Rick Steve's Way." The Rick Steves' Best of Europe 21-Day Tour was the best way to travel. We were able to visit key places and see some major highlights, all for an EXTREMELY reasonable price.

This trip was our first European Trip, and for me, it was my first time overseas. Being on this tour made traveling to a different country so easy. We met amazing people, had great food, and don’t tell Rick but I SHOPPED A LOT. This trip is the perfect way to get comfortable with Europe and decide which places are worth visiting a thousand more times *cough* Switzerland *cough*.
